Should there be indications of multiple bets with identical selections placed by or on behalf of the same person or group, INZ9 holds the right to invalidate those bets and suspend the associated accounts.

• INZ9 retains the authority to close your account at any time if it determines, at its sole discretion, that bets were made to defraud INZ9 or were placed by or through a bookmaker or gambling syndicate aiming to increase payouts in our Games. Additionally, INZ9 reserves the right to retain all winnings and the original stake of anyone discovered to have engaged in such fraudulent activities.

• INZ9 strictly forbids the establishment of false or fraudulent identities, and you agree not to create an account for anyone other than yourself. • English is the primary language for these Terms and Conditions. Despite diligent efforts in translation, if any part of these Terms and Conditions is unclear, only the English version shall be considered authoritative.

• INZ9 prohibits its customers from having multiple accounts in the same currency (no more than one account per currency). Customers discovered with duplicate accounts will face suspension of their accounts.

• Registering duplicate accounts with intentionally altered personal information (if identified) can lead to permanent closure of the gaming account. INZ9 has the authority to cancel all accrued winnings for such users. Additionally, the account will be permanently frozen.

• Every bonus, promotion, and special offer has its own unique terms and conditions. The player is responsible for reading and comprehending the terms related to each bonus they accept. INZ9 retains the authority to withdraw any bonus, special offer, or promotion at its discretion.

• These terms and conditions take precedence over any communication through Email, Phone, or Chat.

• Every promotional offer is restricted to one per individual, family, household address, email address, telephone number, identical payment account, and any shared computers (such as those in schools, workplaces, or public libraries) as well as shared IP addresses.

• The majority of our promotions are subject to a rollover/turnover requirement. This resulted in members must meet the specified rollover/turnover criteria before they can make any withdrawals.

This also includes an abnormally high number of bets on the same selection(s) in a brief timeframe, which differs significantly from typical betting patterns.

• INZ9 will not be held accountable if a member provides incomplete or incorrect information, leading to a delay or failure in the delivery of gifts or lucky draw prizes.

• INZ9 holds the authority to modify, cancel, reclaim, or reject any promotion according to our discretion.

• All decisions made by the management are conclusive.

• By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Customer unequivocally affirms and guarantees, without any restrictions or reservations, that they are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of consent in their home jurisdiction, whichever is higher. The Customer also confirms they have the mental capacity to be responsible for their actions and to comply with these terms and conditions. The Company retains the right to nullify any transactions involving minors at any time.

• A Customer who has the intention to bet with the Company should be aware that there might be laws in their nation, residence, or location from where the bets are made, forbidding online betting and/or gaming ("gambling"). The Customer firmly guarantees to the Company, without any reservations or limitations, that they will neither access nor register on the Website at any point if:

a) from a location where gambling is legally prohibited
b) if the Customer holds citizenship in a country that forbids its citizens from engaging in gambling activities, irrespective of their current whereabouts; and if the Customer is a citizen or resides in any of the following regions: Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, France, the United States of America, Switzerland, Taiwan, and the Republic of the Philippines (referred to together as "Prohibited Jurisdictions").

• Customers are allowed to deposit funds into the Company only through the payment methods that are pre-approved and listed on the Website. The Customer should deposit and withdraw money exclusively via the same Payment Solution Companies approved by the Company ("Authorized Payment Solutions"), unless the funds are being deposited directly with the Company. Authorized Payment Solutions are not permitted to claim they are authorized to receive funds on behalf of the Company without prior written confirmation from the Company. Once this online enrollment form is submitted and approved by the Company, the Customer becomes a Registered Customer ("Registered Customer"). The Company has the sole discretion to accept or reject the Customer for any reason. Only Registered Customers are permitted to use the Company's services and place bets within their betting limit or the funds available in their account.

• A Customer is permitted to create only one account on the Website with the Company. Should any extra accounts be opened, the Company may choose to close them and refund any remaining balance to the Customer, or alternatively, treat all such accounts as a single joint account by merging them. The Company holds the right to decide on these actions at its own discretion. The Customer acknowledges that the Company has the authority to employ any method it finds suitable to ascertain whether multiple accounts are owned by the same Customer.

• As a Registered Customer, you will receive a username and password ("Account Access Information") for your personal use only. • The Customer is expected to notify the Company as soon as possible if they suspect their account is being improperly used by someone else, so the Company can suspend the account. Bets or requests placed online using the Account Access Information will only be considered invalid after the Customer has informed the Company about the compromise of their information, and the Company has suspended the account. • The Company may occasionally ask the Customer to update their password or Account Access Information, or it may suspend the Customer's account if it suspects a potential security breach or misuse of the Website. Furthermore, the Company reserves the right to alter the Customer's Account Access Information after giving prior notice to the Customer, at its sole and absolute discretion.

• To ensure robust security and safeguard the Customer's funds, the Company might conduct random security audits. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Company has the authority to request further information and/or documentation from the Customer to confirm their identity as the account holder during such security checks.

• The Customer is advised to verify their account balance each time they visit the Website. If there is any inconsistency in the account balance, it is the Customer's responsibility to promptly inform the Company and provide a record of their transactions since their last account balance verification. If the Company does not receive any notification of a discrepancy in the account balance within thirty (30) calendar days from the end of any month, the Customer agrees to relinquish any claims related to any discrepancies in their account balance and to accept the account information as accurate at the end of that period. The Customer can report any discrepancies in their account balance to the Company using the contact details found in the "Contact Us" section of the Website.

• The Company holds the authority to shut down or suspend a Customer's account and either refund or retain the remaining balance in the account, based on the Company's own reasonable discretion, without owing an explanation to the Customer. Nonetheless, in such cases, any pending bets will still be honored, as long as they were appropriately placed by the Customer in line with these terms and conditions.

• The Customer is allowed to withdraw funds from their account once their balance has been verified by the Company and in line with any withdrawal guidelines that may be posted on the Website.

• The Customer can terminate their account with the Company at any time by notifying the Company in writing of their decision through the contact details provided in the "Contact Us" section of the Website. Upon deciding to close their account, the Customer must cease using the Website immediately. Bets or requests placed online with the Account will only be considered void after the Company has informed the Customer that their account has been cancelled. The Customer remains responsible for any actions taken on the account until they receive confirmation of account cancellation from the Company.

• The Customer is obligated to regularly maintain their account with the Company. If an account remains inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months or more, the Company has the right to close the Customer's account and the Customer agrees to relinquish any remaining balance and all claims against the Company.

In the event of a significant breach by the Customer of any terms and conditions, as judged by the Company at its sole discretion, the Company retains all rights and remedies available against the Customer under these terms and conditions and in accordance with the law. Additionally, the Company may hold onto any outstanding funds from the Customer as security for the Customer's commitments hereunder and/or any liabilities resulting from the Customer's breach of these terms and conditions.

• We as a company will only accept bets made online through the Website from customers who are registered with us.

• A bet counts as being placed only when you make it online through our website—INZ9—from the location identified by your Internet Protocol Address, as recorded by us. It's considered accepted once our gaming server, located in its specific jurisdiction, acknowledges and records it. We'll let you know via the Website once your bet is both accepted and recorded in line with these conditions. We can also suspend or close an account at any time if we believe its continued use could lead to any kind of damage or loss for either the customer or the company. This can happen during an investigation of a breach of our terms, rules, and privacy policy, if a breach has been confirmed, or following a complaint made by the customer.

• We're not liable for any issues with equipment or telecommunications that hinder the proper placement, acceptance, recording, or notification of bets.

• In no circumstance will we be held responsible for any damages or losses, regardless of their nature, that are said to arise from or are linked to the use of our Website or its content. This includes, but isn't limited to, delays, interruptions, communication line failures, misuse of the Website by anyone, or any mistakes or missing information in the content.

• Bets are open for acceptance until the specified deadline for each event, which is included in these terms and conditions and agreed upon by you, the customer. If a bet is mistakenly accepted after this deadline, it will be considered void, and we have the right to cancel such a bet.

• Your bets made with a credit or debit card aren't valid until we, or our Authorized Payment Solutions, have fully received the payment. This needs to happen before you start betting, as per Clause 4.2 mentioned earlier. If we don't receive your payment before you begin betting, any such bets you place will automatically be void.

• You need to have more funds in your account than the amount you want to bet. If not, you won't be allowed to place any bets.

• The odds and lines shown on the Website can change, but they become set once your bet is placed, accepted, and recorded as stated in Clause 4.2. We have the right to adjust odds, prices, or information about bet types, markets, or events whenever necessary, and we may do so without prior notice or explanation. If there's an error in the odds, prices, or information displayed, we can either cancel or reject any bets impacted by this error, or correct the error. • The highest amount you can bet on any market or event changes depending on the type of bet and can be altered at any time, based solely on our decision and without prior notice.

• Mix Parlay (Sports)
- For the Mix Parlay in sports betting, each member's maximum winnings are capped at MYR10,000.

• Live Casino
- In the Live Casino, each customer can win up to a maximum of MYR150,000 per day.

• Slot Casino
- In the Slot Casino, no matter how much you win from the Jackpot or Progressive Jackpot, the highest amount we'll pay out is capped at MYR100,000.

• Once the final result is confirmed, we'll update your account to show either your winnings or losses. Also, it's our prerogative to select the most reasonable and fitting source for determining this final result.

• In case we accidentally credit or debit your account, please let us know as soon as possible. Remember, if you receive any funds by mistake, they're not yours to keep and should be returned to us. After that, we can only use this power if we have solid reasons to believe the bets are fraudulent, connected to money laundering, or violate our terms and conditions.

• "Wrongdoings" and "fraud" cover a range of actions but aren't limited to trying to get around our terms, rules, and requirements like one account per player, betting and winning limits. This includes hacking, using someone else's account information without permission, using funds from another person's account or funds you don't legally own, and any actions using our website or services that harm us or others. ii. The Software isn't owned by the Customer. Instead, it's the exclusive property of Playtech Software Limited, a third-party software provider (known as the 'Software Provider'). Using the Software doesn't grant you any ownership of the intellectual property rights in it. This agreement is solely about giving you the license to use the Software.

iii. The Software comes 'as is,' with no guarantees, promises, or representations, whether they're stated outright or implied by law. This means we're not offering any implied warranties or conditions, including those of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. Also, we can't assure you that the Software will meet all your specific needs.

iv. We can't guarantee that the Software will be free from infringement, operate without errors or interruptions, or that any defects in the Software will be fixed. Also, we don't promise that the Software and servers are virus-free. If any errors in communication or the system happen related to account settlements or other aspects of the Software, neither we nor our Software Provider will be responsible for any related costs, expenses, losses, or claims. In case of such errors, we also reserve the right to remove affected games from the Software and the Website and take any necessary actions to address these errors.

v. You acknowledge that we can't control how you use the Software. You're choosing to download and use the Software at your own risk. We won't be liable for any direct, consequential, incidental, or special damages or losses you might experience from using it, except in cases of personal injury or death caused by our negligence.

vi. The Software contains confidential information that's very important and valuable to both the Software Provider and us, the Company. You're obligated to use and share this confidential information only as allowed by the terms of this agreement.

• As a customer, you promise to carefully read the End-User License Agreement related to the Software. You agree to use the Software only if you fully understand and unconditionally accept its terms and conditions. Additionally, you agree to keep accessing and using the Online Casino only if you are in agreement with any amendments and updates to the End-User License Agreement.

• You agree to settle all payments owed to us or any third party related to your use of the Online Casino. Furthermore, you agree not to initiate charge-backs, nor to renounce, cancel, or reverse any of your payments that are due. In case any payment is not made, you'll need to reimburse the Company for these unpaid amounts, including any costs we incur while collecting your payment.

• If there's ever a disagreement about a bet or winnings, our company's decision on the matter will be the final word and must be accepted as such.

• We have the right to temporarily hold back any payout or winnings until we've satisfactorily confirmed the identity of the winner. This is to make sure we're paying the right person. • If we have reason to suspect you of fraud or if any of your payments are reversed, we reserve the right to hold onto any payouts or winnings you're due. Additionally, we may take legal steps to collect any payments you owe us. In cases involving live games, if we suspect card counting, we also have the right to retain any amount in your account that's more than your initial deposit.

• For progressive jackpot wins, the payout comes from a third-party software provider to us, the Company. Assuming they send the winnings on time, we aim to pay you within the first 14 days of the following month, after verifying the payment. Be aware that delays can happen if the Software Provider doesn't send the winnings promptly. If there's a delay in receiving your progressive jackpot winnings due to the Software Provider, you agree not to hold us responsible for any related claims or actions, and to cover any legal costs we might face because of these claims.

• Please note, the maximum payout for any Jackpot or Progressive Jackpot winnings is capped at MYR100,000. This limit applies to your total progressive winnings, no matter if they're from one or several games. Also, we won't be paying interest on any unpaid progressive jackpot winnings.

• If you need to withdraw an amount beyond these limits, you can request this through customer support. We might agree to this, but we'll deduct a certain percentage to cover various costs. We'll inform you of this rate, and upon your confirmation, we'll process your special withdrawal.

• We also reserve the right to change how we pay out or fund your withdrawal requests. Additionally, we might publicize details about your progressive winnings, but we'll take reasonable steps to protect your privacy and security while doing so.

• We have the authority to hold back, refuse, or reverse any payout or winnings, and to change any policy if we think that customers are misusing or trying to misuse any of the following:

i. We reserve the right to act if we suspect any misuse of our bonus offers.

ii. We also hold the right to intervene in cases of suspected abuse of our other promotional activities.
